As a matter of fact, most of us will not be able to stick with something that we do not enjoy long enough to see long term benefits. I know that for myself, I really hate walking on a treadmill and I find it to be one of life's most boring activities. Although I have walked on a treadmill from time to time in order to stay in shape, doing so on a long-term basis is something that simply is not going to happen.
